What if something goes wrong?

All our systems come with a 1 year hardware Return To Base Warranty

Where do you deliver to?

We currently ship to anywhere in the European Union, Choose European Union as the delivery option at the shopping cart for prices.

How long do I have to wait for delivery?

We aim to delivery all systems in under 10 working days

Are the systems tested before shipping?

We burn test the memory using memtest98, install ubuntu, check hardware detection and function, test 3d acceleration, test card reader and more....

I don't like Ubuntu can you help?

We can preinstall OpenSuse, Fedora, Kubuntu, Debian and even Windows Vista

Are your systems Vista compatible?

We prefer Ubuntu/Linux, but our systems fully support Microsoft Vista Premium

Do you do a Mythtv system that can record from my Sky box?

Problems with Mythtv and Sky!

1. Digital > Analog > Digital
   You need to out capture the video and audio output from you sky box and re compress.
   You lose quality and you can lose audio sync.
2. You need to change channel on your sky box
   You need to setup a IR blaster to change the channels on the sky box. Hard work getting it running.
   Channel changing is slow and unresponsive.
   There is nothing wrong than getting back and finding that you have recorded the wrong channel!
3. Channel guide EPG
   You need to map the radio times data to the sky channel numbers. Sky often change their numbers.
   Data is missing on alot of channels.
4. One Sky box per channel
   I would recomend having the ability to record at least 2 channels at once (or watch one channel record another).
   This would require one Sky box and one subscription per channel.
   If a program on Sky1 ends at 7.15pm and a program starts at 7.00pm on Sky Movies you would only be able to record one (I record 5min before and after a program to make sure you do not miss the ending/ begining).
5. Sky+ is simple and easy to use.
   If sky tv is important to you get a Sky+ box and enjoy!

I do not have time to watch all the tv recorded from 3 channels (don't watch ITV or Five) nether mind 300 channels!
